What is the delivery fee?

There is a PHP250 fixed in-house delivery fee which will automatically be added upon check out. This will be waived for orders worth PHP2,500 and up.

Alternatively, we can outsource the delivery and book a courier (Grab, Lalamove, Mr. Speedy, etc.), for you depending on your location. Delivery fee will be settled by the customer upon delivery of the products. We will get in touch with you on the day of delivery for the booking details.

What if I’m not available on the day of delivery?

We will coordinate with you on the day of delivery with the contact details you provided upon placing your order to make sure that someone will be available to receive the package. In the event of an unsuccessful delivery, the package will be returned to us by the courier and we will coordinate with you again for a new delivery schedule. Kindly note that the delivery cost from the failed delivery will be added on your next delivery transaction.

What are the delivery options for Raw Cakes?

Raw Cakes are delicate food items that need to be delivered with utmost care. This is why they cannot be delivered via our in-house delivery service (motorcycles). We will book a third-party courier for you on the day of delivery. Kindly take note that the delivery vehicle will be a four-wheel vehicle, and that we will not be liable for any damages on the cake but rest assured that we will partner with trusted and dependable third-party couriers.

These requirements will apply for all orders with Raw Cakes included in the list of items upon check out. Please wait for one of our customer care specialists to get in touch with you on the day of delivery.

Our delivery area is currently within Metro Manila only but you may avail our products outside Metro Manila from our authorized resellers.

What are the payment methods?

You can pay directly via PayPal, Debit/Credit Card, GCash, or Bank Transfer.

Where do you source your products?

Most of our products are sourced from New Zealand and the Philippines.

How can I be sure the products are healthy and nutritious?

All the brands and products we carry under WELL+GOOD PH are clean, sustainable, and ethically sourced. You can read more about our brands here.

Are your products plant-based (vegan)?

Most of the products we carry are plant-based (vegan) but not all. Please check the individual product descriptions to know more about the ingredients and nutritional value before making your purchase.

Where is my delivery? What time will it come?

Delivery is usually made (3) three days after the placement of your orders. In most cases, we try to deliver earlier than expected but please be patient and allow us at least 3 days to get your delivery to you. We will send you a message to notify you when your order is ready.

Do you have coupons?

Yes. We have coupons available. You may check our home page for our ongoing promotions.

Are you open to partnerships / resellers / distributors?
